Asphalt shingle re-roof
From $525 per square, tear-off included.
A square is 100 square feet of roof. A typical St. Louis ranch runs 20 to 30 squares, a two-story colonial 30 to 45. We measure it, we do not guess it, and the number on the estimate is the number on the invoice unless the deck hides rot.

Flat and low-slope
$950 to $2,450 for most garages, porches and additions.
Flat roofs fail at the seams and the drains, not in the middle. We pick the membrane for the roof in front of us: TPO where you want reflectivity, EPDM for simple roofs on a budget, modified bitumen where there is foot traffic or equipment.

- Torch or cold applied, tough under foot, good for decks and walkways
- Coatings
- Silicone or acrylic coatings to add years to a roof that is sound but tired
Seamless gutters
From $16.50 per linear foot, formed in your driveway.
Gutters get damaged in the same storms as roofs and are covered by the same claims. We run 5-inch and 6-inch aluminum on the truck, hang them with hidden hangers, and put downspouts where the water needs to go, not where the old ones happened to be.

Copper specialty
Priced per bid. Fabricated in our own shop.
Standing seam roofs, bay window caps, chimney crickets, half-round gutters and the kind of flashing details that historic homes in Webster Groves, Lafayette Square and Kirkwood were built with. Copper is the one thing on this site we will not quote from a photo. We come look.
