Commercial roofing

Flat and low-slope systems for warehouses, retail, churches, schools and apartment buildings. Installed around your hours, not ours.

Systems we install

We are factory-trained applicators for the major membrane manufacturers, which is what lets us offer manufacturer warranties up to 25 years on qualifying systems. We will tell you which system fits the building, the budget and how long you plan to own it.

Roof maintenance management

Most commercial roofs are replaced ten years early because nobody looked at them. A maintenance program is a scheduled inspection, cleared drains, sealed penetrations, and a written report with photos, twice a year. It costs a fraction of one emergency call.

  1. Baseline survey

We document the whole roof, every drain, seam and curb, with photos and a condition rating.

  2. Spring and fall visits

Drains cleared, seams and flashings checked and sealed, small repairs done on the spot.

  3. Report to you

A photo report after every visit so you can budget years ahead instead of reacting.

  4. Storm response

After hail or high wind, we get on the roof first and document for your carrier.

Storm claims on commercial property

Hail on a TPO roof can look like nothing from the ground and cost the whole membrane. We document commercial storm damage the way carriers expect, including core samples where needed, and we work with your adjuster and your property manager so the claim gets paid on the first pass.

  • Emergency tarping and dry-inSame-day response to keep water out of the building and the tenants in it.
  • Documentation for the carrierPhotos, measurements, test squares and a line-item scope your adjuster can approve.
  • Work around your operationsNights, weekends and phased sections so the business keeps running.
